What we collect
This website collects only what you submit through its forms: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and organisation, along with the subject and body of your message, quote request or job application. For applications we also store the CV you attach. The IP address and browser user agent of each submission are recorded so abusive or automated traffic can be identified.
Why we collect it
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, or to assess a job application. Newsletter addresses are used only to send the updates you asked for. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quote requests are kept while they remain relevant to the conversation or the engagement. Job applications are kept for the duration of the recruitment process and for a reasonable period afterwards in case another role suits you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie and a CSRF cookie. Both exist for security and for the forms to work. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Newsletter
Every newsletter we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us directly and we will remove you.
Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the CSS and JavaScript framework from a public CDN. Those providers may log the request as part of serving the file.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact form and we will act on it.
